Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
To request a return, email us at sales@babytreasureltd.com. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

Can I return an item without contacting you first?
No. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@babytreasureltd.com, and we will resolve the issue.

Which items cannot be returned?
Non-returnable items include:

Perishable goods

Custom or personalized items

Personal care or hygiene products

Hazardous or flammable materials

Sale items

Gift cards

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product (if approved) and place a new order.

What are my rights if I live in the European Union?
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a legal 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order without providing a reason, provided items are unused and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.


Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected European countries.

How long does delivery take?
We offer express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

When are orders processed?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next working day.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders £49.99 and above: Free shipping

Orders 2.5 kg and above: £5.99

Orders 1 kg – 2 kg: £4.99

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Billing & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards (including Visa and MasterCard), and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout.

Is VAT included in your prices?
Yes. VAT is included in the product prices unless stated otherwise.

When will my order be confirmed?
Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed or dispatched. You will need to retry payment with a valid method.

Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

What should I do if I notice a billing error?
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days at sales@babytreasureltd.com, and we will investigate promptly.
